Alex Prate

Alex Prate is a co-creator of the Hypha DAO and SEEDS. He is engaged in a lifelong journey towards building a more regenerative and equitable world for the people and the planet. Alex is passionate about Financial Well-being, Future of Work (Decentralised Human Organisations) and Regenerative Finance, with a strong background in Human Experience Designs, DAO Ecosystems & Business Models, Decentralised Growth Strategies & Customer Relationship Management. Along the way, Alex had the honour of receiving five Global Design Awards for his work: A Webby Award and four Gold and Silver AIVA Awards. Fostering collaboration over competition at all levels of his action, Alex endeavours to contribute to the Common Good towards a thrivable future.

Anneloes Smitsman

Dr. Anneloes Smitsman, Ph.D., LLM, is a futurist, entrepreneur, systems scientist, bestselling author, keynote speaker, and award-winning pioneer in human development and systems change. She is the founder and CEO of EARTHwise Centre, co-founder of the EARTHwise DAO, initiator and architect of the EARTHwise Constitution for a Planetary Civilization, and lead architect of the EARTHwise Game for Civilizational Transformation. She also serves as a Steward and systems architect for Hypha and SEEDS and was the lead architect for both their Constitutions. She was awarded the 2022 Visioneers Lifetime Achievement, and was crowned overall African winner in the  category "Human Development" of the 2022 Africa’s Most Respected CEOs Awards. She is the co-author of the award-winning Future Humans Trilogy with Dr. Jean Houston.

Joachim Stroh

Joachim Stroh is a co-creator of Hypha DAO and SEEDS and has over 15 years of professional service experience with Towers Watson, a leading global professional services company. He is a key strategist and architect of complex and large-scale enterprise platform technologies and operations, incl. content management, web content publishing, sales lead tracking, IC/content process & taxonomy, search & discovery, social business software, and metrics & measurements (APQC performed an independent benchmarking study on TP). He is also a key contributor of the Organizational Learning & Knowledge Transfer Council held by the Conference Board and the Social Business Council held by the Dachis Group. He is fluent in German and conversant in Chinese.
