As a former engineer with 20 years of practical and executive experience in ecological design, she has extensive experience with the challenges of working in the rational, male-dominated, work culture. Her mission is to empower professionals on the impact of their work and mission so they can co-create a world in which people and nature can thrive together.
Her life is a living testimony of what it means to live and lead authentically as a female leader applying her authentic power for a world and future that works for all. She is deeply committed to leadership for inclusive diversity, thriving collaborations and sustainability solutions. Her greatest source of inspiration is nature herself.
Her diverse career underscores her leadership and expertise. She has been guiding companies and leaders in transition, helping them develop an innovative vision and create movement and engagement around their ideas for a better world. Her work enables these visions to be truly integrated into the DNA of the professionals involved. For instance, she collaborated with the city of Rotterdam—a global leader in climate-smart cities—to co-create a livable, healthy, and resilient city amid an increasingly extreme climate.
